Question Limit Notifications to only those that can view the shoutbox

We only allow the shotbox to be seen by members who become a supporting member (paid subscription).

Therefore, normal members can not view the shoutbox, but what I am seeing is that the notification for posts for example, shows non VIP members. People then congratulate them on reaching xxxx posts but those members can not see the shout because they do not have viewing permission for the shoutbox.

That's unfortunately not possible without increasing the resources consumed by the shoutbox
