Question Issue with Download Count

Edit: Nevermind, was looking in the wrong place.


...FYI the support ticket system loses previously selected option settings if you click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom. This was originally selected as a bug report but it defaulted back to "How Do I" when I selected "Go Advanced" and I didn't notice it till after I submitted
