Is there a way I can make it so that the thanks/likes/dislikes show on the right side instead of the left side of the bottom of the post?

People read left to right, and thus I think it would be more popular and get more usage if it was on the right side.

You'll need to modify the dbtech_thanks_postbit_entries template I believe.

Try adding align="right" to the top-most div tag. If that doesn't work, then you can experiment with various other alignment methods
