Question I would like to request a refund

I would like to request a refund, this simply does not work for me at all. Way to complicated for simply just adding products up. Cant even edit submitting fields getting errors as an admin when trying to add products via classifieds. This is not working for me.

With regards to your other support ticket, it’s still on my queue and I will look into it further as soon as possible.

As this is a digital product and it has already been downloaded, a refund is not possible at this time, sorry. I can exchange it for store credit that can be applied to future purchases instead.

I understand what you are saying but this does not work, i've tried the suggestion for the classified cat permission and still does not work. I can't use this plugin all. It does not work for me. Please give me a refund.
 
Plus there is no way to remove

Product variations , General options, Copyright information,Product specifications, Product requirements etc. All these things are not necessary and there is no way to disable them.​

For the record, Classifieds is the method for your members to sell their own products on your site. Are you sure that is what you want? If you want to sell your products, you should not enable the Classifieds feature.
 
Its really for Members to sell their items, but there is so much of bloat members will get confused. The submit form there is no way to remove bloat like

Product variations , General options, Copyright information,Product specifications, Product requirements etc. All these things are not necessary and there is no way to disable them.​

 
This is the first time I’ve heard this feedback, it would appear as if your members are the only ones who would get confused by this.

I would be open to possibly making the fields optional in a future version, however :)
 
If you are really going to make those fields optional in upcoming updates, i will stay one. That is one of the major problems i have. too much of bloat when submitting a product and not being able to edit them, Hopefully soon you can do this.

Why is Product Image not showing on new products. Why is there not an upload image area when submitting an ad to put up the Product image or even us take the first image that is uploaded. why is it a separate thing you have to do afterwards?
