I would like to request a refund, this simply does not work for me at all. Way to complicated for simply just adding products up. Cant even edit submitting fields getting errors as an admin when trying to add products via classifieds. This is not working for me.

With regards to your other support ticket, it’s still on my queue and I will look into it further as soon as possible.

As this is a digital product and it has already been downloaded, a refund is not possible at this time, sorry. I can exchange it for store credit that can be applied to future purchases instead.

I understand what you are saying but this does not work, i've tried the suggestion for the classified cat permission and still does not work. I can't use this plugin all. It does not work for me. Please give me a refund.
 
Plus there is no way to remove

Product variations , General options, Copyright information,Product specifications, Product requirements etc. All these things are not necessary and there is no way to disable them.​

For the record, Classifieds is the method for your members to sell their own products on your site. Are you sure that is what you want? If you want to sell your products, you should not enable the Classifieds feature.
 
Its really for Members to sell their items, but there is so much of bloat members will get confused. The submit form there is no way to remove bloat like

Product variations , General options, Copyright information,Product specifications, Product requirements etc. All these things are not necessary and there is no way to disable them.​

 
This is the first time I’ve heard this feedback, it would appear as if your members are the only ones who would get confused by this.

I would be open to possibly making the fields optional in a future version, however :)
 
If you are really going to make those fields optional in upcoming updates, i will stay one. That is one of the major problems i have. too much of bloat when submitting a product and not being able to edit them, Hopefully soon you can do this.

Why is Product Image not showing on new products. Why is there not an upload image area when submitting an ad to put up the Product image or even us take the first image that is uploaded. why is it a separate thing you have to do afterwards?

Because product icons are not attachments and as such need to be uploaded with a specific image path. The image path contains the product ID, which is not known before the product is saved. Therefore, the only option is to upload the icon after the product is created.

It is not possible to upload it during product creation because any errors in image upload could lead to data loss when saving the product.

Because product icons and product images are completely different. I don't know what you're used to in your daily life, but I can assure you that being rude and belligerent is not making me prioritise your queries.

I cannot give instructions for editing the template because I have not verified whether removing those input fields will cause product add/edit submissions to fail.

Where did you get that i'm being rude? i'm just being real. I did not even know where to do to add the product image you really expect the user to understand? It is backwards, you need to handle a little bit of feedback, if you can't thats you. Again this addon does not work for me clearly, i waited for version 5 for classified features but its simply lacking. I'm asking for a refund please.

And I have offered you the alternative. As per the terms of service, digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been downloaded.
 
You are really disgusting, is this how you speak to a customer? You are rude and this addon lacks alot of basic features. Something is really wrong with you all yes.

Please understand that customer service people and developers are people too. In every single post you have spoken as if my work is garbage, when it turns out your original problem (Classifieds permissions) was a configuration issue on your end.

When you insult someone’s work and talk down to someone, don’t be surprised when they respond in kind. As I alluded to in my previous post, there is a difference between the way you have been posting and constructive feedback.



I will post back when I have more information about the removal of the product fields you don’t need :)

To clarify, are you and your members selling Physical products?

"Product Variations" will always be required as that's how pricing is stored.
