I want to know how to add html code into the /sticky, I have seen other communities use html in their sticky but disable it for people in the actual shout, how do I do this?
Also how do I make where you type in your shout horizontal and not vertical? I have also seen this on other communities as well.

So here is the screenshot I have circled what I meant by the text being horizontal in red and the sticky in orange

I know the sticky has to be html because they have this code in them

The first censor is an IP to a TeamSpeak3 and the second obviously the actual text. And it launches a teamspeak3 application when you click it so there has to be a way to write html into the sticky.
