Question How to set up a ticket system?

I wanted to set up a ticket system again after a few weeks when I gave up and I still don't know how it works.

I get errors or "Category not found". I don't know what else to do, I guess I don't understand the system.

Please help. Thank you.

But I don't want to select any product, because I want to use this a bit differently. More general.

This add-on is meant for use with DB eCommerce, it's not intended to be used standalone, sorry.

That being said, it shouldn't show a server error if the configuration is incomplete, so I'll leave this open until I can fix that

Yes, I fully understand the purpose of this add-on. It is just I sell subscriptions via this add-on and would like to find a way to use this in a more general way.

And it will do, just need to wait for you to fix this error.
