Support ticket action - change thread prefix?

Is there any way to change the thread prefix when using support ticket action?

I would like to change the thread prefix when I change the tiscket status.

Or is it possible to have the ticket status visible in the thread list (ticket list)?

Changing the prefix is not currently supported, I'll keep this open while I determine how much work that would be. If it's too much to add in the short term, I'll move this to the feature requests forum

Thank you for suggesting this feature, it has now been implemented. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (2.3.0).
