Question How to get this working with Dartho's Lightweight style? Also, bulk discount?

I just bought the Pro version of this mod (lifetime), installed it on my forum, and I like it a lot.

Question #1: How can I get this working on my mobile forum style?

I am using this: Lightweight Style for Small Screen Devices (cell phone, iphone, mobile, android) - vBulletin.org Forum

Question #2: If I decide to buy Advanced Post Thanks / Like Pro for my other 4 websites (a decision which primarily depends on whether I can get it working with the Lightweight Style), can I get a bulk discount?

You'd need to ask a similar question of the skin author as you did for Abe's mod, as we do not have the resources to support every custom skin, especially the ones that have been explicitly coded to not work with modifications.
