Question How are new notifications discovered?

Was curious how the notifications are "discovered", it looks like it found some thanks/like as well as VBA stuff, but there's nothing for say vbShout, vBDownloads, etc. Was wondering if there was a specific action in these mods that I could trigger that would cause any notifications to be shown?

Once a single notification is sent using the action, for downloads it would be commenting on a file, then vBNotifications will know that a new one has been discovered and it will appear in your "Manage Notification Types" section of the AdminCP with a status of new.
