Question Help With Shipping Cost Formulas

Since there is no way to let the users choose the QTY of a single item I need have 3 separate products.

Item X - QTY 2
Item X - QTY 4
Item Z - QTY 2

I want the shipping to be $5 no matter how many times they add each item to their cart. How can I do that.

EX: 2x of Item X - QTY 2 and 1x Item Z - QTY 2 total shipping needs to be $5

Can you show me an example to set that up?

Assuming all items use the same shipping method, 5 / q will do the trick
