Question Gallery or forum image?

Question. Can a forum post in a thread be linked to a gallery post.

Or members can just choose whether to make a gallery or forum post with the image?

In a nutshell can/are the same images be in two locations?

You can add a gallery image and link to it in a post, or you can add an image to a post and check a box to also copy the image to your gallery. I hope that answers your question?
