Bug Forums and threads with # inside don't work

Hi,
I detected an issue on names of forum or threads that includes the hashtag #
It alwas leads to the index page
I think it should be replaced or not added to the url

Try setting the Filter Non-Latin Characters setting to Remove or Replace.
