Question Threads marked with noindex

We've had a number of threads/posts seemingly being marked with noindex so they aren't being indexed in the search engines obviously, and we aren't sure where it is coming from since we don't purposely want any threads or posts to not be indexed. Is there somewhere in DBSeo that could be doing this? VBulletin doesn't do this on its own, and our robots.txt file doesn't have any noindex in it either. We don't have any other plugins that do anything to change SEO. (This is where a manual for DBSeo would come in handy.) Can you point me in the right direction for DBSeo options where the settings might do this if it could be responsible?

The word noindex does not appear anywhere in any of the files, so this is likely not a problem with DBSEO. I would consider disabling all other add-ons.
