Please understand that we are in a different time zone to you. You posted this at 1:30 AM, and your update at 3:30 AM.

Hi Support is there an update to this as I cant edit the shops section in my site? I know of the time difference. I would really like to know if there is something I can do to fix this issue as it is holding things back. I'm sure you understand my frustration also. Is this a database entry issue, or a php file issue, if someone could assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

That looks like there may be a mistake in the Points Column setting. Please make sure you only use a-z, 0-9 and underscore, no spaces or other special characters.
