Bug Error in line 8561

so I made a tab than didnt like it so i created a new one and deleted the old one and when i did it created this and forged the whole forum

I dunno I never ran across that error, and I have made and deleted 100's of tabs. I think it is a bug in vBulletin, so I would open a ticket there and see what they can do, maybe they can offer a explanation as to why that is happening also.
