Bug editing shouts not possible on mobile devices

When viewing the shoutbox on a mobile device (e.g. via chrome browser) it's not possible to select a shout to edit it - double tap results in the different behaviour..

Please tap the username and tap "Edit Shout" in the resulting popup card
