Legacy Easy insert IMG button and ability to resize images in shoutbox

Would it be possible to add a button to insert images into chat instead of manually having to type the IMG code?

Image resize code cannot be supported without creating a whole custom script for it. It would be pretty pointless to do so, as the state of the image would be reset as soon as the shoutbox refreshed.

Makes sense, sorry didn't think of it that way. But the button would be awesome for users who do not how to use the
