How will the cms sections be rewritten. What I would like it www.website.com/sectionname instead of www.website.com/content/1-section

By default, it's rewritten to section/[section_title]-[section_id]/, however you are 100% free to change it to your chosen configuration.

You would change it to content/[section_id]-[section_title] in order to achieve your desired structure for that specific URL
