DragonByte Gallery v1.3.2 Patch Level 2

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue in which the submenu would display even when the Gallery tab was not selected
• The Forum Home block would show up even if the modification was disabled
• Setting the gallery path using an absolute path (e.g. outside public_html) would not work as intended
