Question Donations loosing upgrade status...

Continues to happen... three in the last week where donations have been made, and they are confirmed and successful, but days/weeks/months later later their status reverts to "registered" (the donation process "upgrades" them to "Site Supporter" for a year).

They have lost "site Supporter" as the secondary group, which "upgrades" them....

You are the only person experiencing this problem. It's likely you have another add-on that conflicts here. You would need to disable all other add-ons, leaving only this one enabled, and seeing if the problem still occurs.
 
Very strange...

Question - if i de-install the Addon, will it remove all the current subscriptions? Will it know when to revert to "standard" status? will it remove all current "upgrades"? Just thinking about using another add-on that would do a similar thing - As i mentioned, this happens very intermittantly - I cant just remove all other add-ons until it happens again... could be hours/days/weeks...
 
It shouldn't remove any current user group changes, no. There's nothing in the uninstall code that should erase temporary user group changes.
