Question Donations for Membership

Hi,

we are on our way to upgrade XF to 2.2 so please excuse if the problem is already solved.
Our Members Donate once in a Year an get access to a Member Area with that. Following Problem just occurred:
1. Member donated 10.03.2020 -> Promoted ... everything fine
2 .Member again donated 10.01.2021 -> Should be promoted until 10.01.2021

Now Membership of Donation 1 ends at 10.03.2021 and the Member is degraded though it should be valid because of Donation 2
Is there any way to work around this problem?

This is how the system works. It adds 1 temporary user group change per donation, and XenForo will check to see what changes they are entitled to when one of them expires.

This is a core XenForo function and DB Donate does not interfere with it in any way, shape or form. If this was a problem with this add-on, then more people would have reported the same problem. It's possible that another 3rd party add-on is interfering with it, however.
