Please can you add option Donation for Registration Membership, Pay to Registered the forum.

No, Only for Unregistered / Not Logged In. Donate to Register Integration With vB Paid Subscriptions.

I'm still not clear. You want an integration with the stock vBulletin Subscription when they donate, if they don't belong to the unregistered/not logged in users?

When unregistered user go to Registration Page (register.php), Ask for donate to Registration. Without donate user cannot Register. Also add option can user Register without Donate.
