Disable Shout Reports Tab

This feature makes the chatbox keep loading.

Firebug sais:
YAHOO.util.Dom.get("dbtech_shoutbox_shoutreports" + this.instanceid) is null

Fixed, the affected file is /dbtech/vbshout/includes/libs/shoutbox.php
