Bug Disable mod on some forums

Theres some forum, for a mysterious reason, i can't disable the mod.

It's in my classified ads, its weird.

It doesnt show the "forums edited successfully" when i save and the option is not ticked

If you have PHP 5.3.9 or higher you need to set max_input_vars to 10000 or higher in php.ini
