Question DBTechSecurity turn off

I have an issue with my techs coming to work on my site in admincp and not being able to log in, on several occasions i have whitelisted their IP and they still can't login.

What i have to do to let them login to my admincp is edit my config.php and disable hooks all the time, what i would like to know is there anyway i can turn off IP checking or even shutdown security until they have finished in admincp without having to disable hooks all the time in cofig.php because i need the plugins running whilst they are working in admincp.

Maybe I could disable plugin from settings in admincp and then enable it again once they have finished, is that possible to do without accuring any problems to the security functions when i re enable it again.

Please let me know what i can do

You can use the Administrator Permissions interface and set their account as exempt there, then remove the exemption once they're done
