Question DBSEO url link

We have no plans to port DragonByte SEO to XenForo at this time, so you cannot use the DBSEO URL structure on XenForo.

If you need 301 redirects, the best way to do it will be to examine your existing URL formats and replace parameters that contain IDs with (\d+) and parameters that contain words with (\w+) when constructing your .htaccess rules.

I didn't understanding that how to do 301 redirects ? please can you let me that, how to working this type URL link: /forum7/thread619-466.html

Here is my .htaccess:

PHP:
 RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} (^|\?|&)p=([0-9]+)($|&)
RewriteRule ^showthread\.php$ /posts/%2/? [R=301,L]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} (^|\?)([0-9]+)-[^/]+/page([0-9]+)$
RewriteRule ^showthread\.php$ /threads/%2/page-%3? [R=301,L]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} (^|\?)([0-9]+)-.*$
RewriteRule ^showthread\.php$ /threads/%2/? [R=301,L]

# Mod_security can interfere with uploading of content such as attachments. If you
# cannot attach files, remove the "#" from the lines below.
#<IfModule mod_security.c>
# SecFilterEngine Off
# SecFilterScanPOST Off
#</IfModule>

ErrorDocument 401 default
ErrorDocument 403 default
ErrorDocument 404 default
ErrorDocument 405 default
ErrorDocument 406 default
ErrorDocument 500 default
ErrorDocument 501 default
ErrorDocument 503 default

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On

    # If you are having problems with the rewrite rules, remove the "#" from the
    # line that begins "RewriteBase" below. You will also have to change the path
    # of the rewrite to reflect the path to your XenForo installation.
    #RewriteBase /xenforo

    # This line may be needed to enable WebDAV editing with PHP as a CGI.
    #RewriteRule .* - [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%{HTTP:Authorization}]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -l [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^.*$ - [NC,L]
    RewriteRule ^(data/|js/|styles/|install/|favicon\.ico|crossdomain\.xml|robots\.txt) - [NC,L]
    RewriteRule ^.*$ index.php [NC,L]
</IfModule>

Code:
RewriteRule ^showthread\.php$ /threads/%2/? [R=301,L]

Shouldn't that be $2 and not %2 ?

It's in reference to the threads/%2/ bit, in my experience to capture the result of regexp you use $, not %.
