Bug DBSeo tagging issues

I've noticed there are some tagging issues with dbseo tagging feature. Please note that I used the reset tag options before running the tagger. Here are some results of it stalling on some threads and tag pages sometimes giving a 500 error. And again, the only tags I am clicking on are the ones that were added during the dbseo add tags task.

Could you please explain your issue? I watched over a minute of the video and yet there was no indication of any issues.

Ok, click here. Then click on some of the tags. About 90 percent lead to a white page, aka a 500 error that wasn't present before I ran the tagger. Some tags lead to results as expected but many others don't. How do I go about resolving this?

Secondly, as I showed, it gets stuck tagging some threads, taking an excessively long time on some by repeating them over and over again.

Finally, I didn't mention this one yet but there seems to be some spammy tags thrown in every now and again. Sometimes the words from the thread title don't even get added.

Please check your Apache's error_log file for information regarding the true cause of a 500 Internal Server Error. It's impossible to fix it without knowing the real cause.

OK. I'm not really sure where to look or if my vps is configured to log errors. Is there a staff I can pm login details to, to check it out?

Unfortunately this goes beyond the scope of our support, as it involves getting root access which has the potential to cause data loss. We do not accept root access in order to reduce the potential for something to go wrong.

Update: I believe this has been resolved, if you re-download and re-upload the files. An issue with clicking a tag caused either a PHP error or a blank page if display_errors was turned off.
