i have purchased Credits and Shop.
Now i have two questions.
1. Is it possible to use credits to download a resource on xenforo resource manager?
2. Is it possible to sell awards/medals in the shop for credits?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I've been swamped with other work lately

1. Is it possible to use credits to download a resource on xenforo resource manager?

You cannot "purchase" an XFRM resource, but you can charge users for downloading. If the user does not have enough credits (and the currency doesn't support negatives), the download will fail. The charge will occur every time they download, there is no tracking for which downloads they've already paid for.

2. Is it possible to sell awards/medals in the shop for credits?

I'm not sure what awards or medals you're referring to, but if you mean just a postbit icon then yeah, using the Custom Item item type
