Bug Credits missing. urgent

Hello. Today all credits have disappeared from the transfers received by a user. This user is vital. It is my "bank".

The system says you have 0 credits. But transfers earned 500 credits roll.
And below is 11000. Deputy says picture.

As I do to display correctly? It is very urgent for me.
