Legacy Controlling Credits in Bank

Can I request a feature to control how much credits can be in the bank and how much interest can be generated?

Maximum X amount that can be stored in a bank at any given time.

User cannot transfer more credits in the bank if X amount is reached.

User cannot gain anymore interest when X amount is reached.

Maximum capped amount gained from interest no matter the amount that is in the bank.

Also, I forgot to add, can we have an option to show the amount of credits + bank amount in the postbit (as a total amount), instead of just the credit amount (or whatever currency we used)?
