Colors only for specified usergroups

For instance, I like to use RED when something important happens. Some people like to use red all the time. Which takes away from noticing this color when I have something important I want people to notice.

I'd like to be able to set colors that only specific usergroups can use. Not sure how possible that is, but... figured I'd ask. =)

The colours list is generated in the same way the normal vBulletin posting colours are generated.
Doing this might be kind of difficult, but I'll do some research on it and see what I can produce
