Legacy Chat room functionality

I like this mod, but I think it would be even better if it there would be an option to run it in 'chat room mode' rather than 'shoutbox mode'.

A crucial feature for that would be a log in and out function, so you would have a button for this, and also users who have left the chat page aren't displayed as 'active users anymore. The active users list is a bit misleading otherwise, at least with longer idle times.

Also, it is very misleading for a chat room that those forum users about which a notification is being send, are being displayed as active users. There should be an option to turn this off.

It also would be nice to have an option to run vbShout as a chat room on a separated, dedicated page, with links to it in the navigation bar inserted automatically.

Some other nice features would be an option to completely disable the archive, and a prune option for the archive.

In v6.2.0, a new "session" table will be used that will track activity separately from shouts.

This will provide two primary benefits:
* Increased performance if the shout table is very large
* Automated shouts will no longer display a user as active

The mod will also use vBulletin's online/offline indicator icons to display whether a user is currently showing as Active for people.

v6.2.0 is currently scheduled for release tonight.
