I just upgraded to 5.4.8 and now I can't shout.
The shoutbox displays: Loading...
When I go to shout it takes me to this page Gamerz Needs - For All Your Gaming Needs! which shows: Invalid Instance ID Go Back.
I uploaded the files twice to make sure they were all uploaded okay too.

Fixed. One of the templates had not been reverted (pretty sure I never made any manual changes either) oh well, all fixed now.
