Can't access private message

To technical support,

I have an 'Unread Private Message' notice at the bottom of this site in red. When I click it, it takes me to my private inbox but I can not see the actual new message there? I only see the previous messages?

So, how and where do I access my new private messages?

Make sure you scroll through all of your messages and make sure their is one that is not unread somewhere.
