Question Can register user can buy Credit with Crytocurreny ?

i was wondering like if we lock thread with some credit and register user have zero than how will do it , apart from earning posting and earn credit , i have seen option like buy credit with paypal or crytocurreny , nor i have seen like if any one register he will get 10 credit automatically./...
