Bug Can not see the Detach button

I have tried to see the button that allows for detachment of the shout but do not see it I have it enabled in the instance managment If this has been answered already please forgive me I did not read all of the pages in this forum I am using custom skin and also default

To see the shout in detached click on the title in the header of the shoutbox, that opens up a dropdown menu, from there you can select detached.
