For performance reasons, we prefer DBSEO not "Spider Log", so will will turn this off. The "Sitemap Log" is not a concern, but the "Spider Log" is unnecessary for us, especially since we cannot selectively decide what to log and what not to log.

Hence, please add a switch to the DBSEO AdminCP to disable this if we choose.

In the meantime, can you provide the best location in the code to comment this out?

Thanks!

There's a few instances of self::trackSpider in class_core.php :)

I'll add options to disable this and the Sitemap Log in b9 (which will be out tomorrow, and I've reached the point where it's no longer feasible to add hotfixes to b8 so hopefully there's no more issues until then :p)

Thanks!

OBTW, I did a file compare (size) when installed on our main server, and I noticed that the file sizes on our stage server were different than on the download version; so I installed all our files on the main server from the standby and not the distribution in the client area.
