Legacy Ability to Import/export avatar parts/layers etc etc

Would be a nice/useful feature if we could import and export avatar layers/parts/names etc etc so that if people wanted to release their avatar sets etc then they could be imported easily without any work needed of the person importing them (would also save a LOT of time if you were to switch sites/servers and needed to set everything up again).
