Bug 503 Error

For the past few days all users have been receiving 503 error message in the shoutbox and it's totally un-operable. We've never had a problem before and this just happened out of nowhere. The rest of the site is working fine so I was just curious how I could go about fixing this. Thanks

Please elevate my account Fillip H. to a usergroup that has access to the Shoutbox so I can see this in action.

I currently have it disabled but I gave your account access to vBShout through the admin cp

Nevermind. It's fixed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it.
