Bug 3 Databases are UTF-8?

Not sure if this is actually a bug or it is supposed to be like this.

But I was looking over my phpmyadmin pages and noticed that 3 databases are in UTF8 but my collation is swedish latin 1

The databases are:

dbtech_thanks_button
dbtech_thanks_entry
dbtech_thanks_statistics

APTL does not specify collation during install, so this is not something of our doing.

I can't guarantee that nothing goes wrong if you convert them back to latin1_swedish_ci however.

Just made a backup and will see what happens, very strange it is the only 3 tables in the whole database?

Changed them to latin 1 and it all seems fine
