    They told there must be some problem in shoutbox scripting. Also they suggested to disable the shoutbox and try it out for few days. Confidently they are saying there will not be any IP block issue when SB is disabled.

Now many of my users (including me) IP is getting blocked very often. I have to complain to hosting and then they will unblock. As its happening pretty often so...

    Well.. that's fair enough. Did the same and ppl are accepting as well. Thank you so much. One small question... when I click on Chat from the navbar, it doesn't open a new windows. And how do i change the shout height only for the new window ???

    Wow. Its working now. Thank you so much. I know its a wrong place to ask but most of my members are complaining about the auto scroll issue. Last shout is not at all visible. one has to scroll down manually to see the other's shout...any help on this please ?
