Still sending 'Account Breach Alert for Deleted user.

If a user is deleted, it can no longer be used to login, and as a result the account breach checker does not run on that user.

I have found one email send from Account Breach Checker and email sending Failed because email address is invalid. I have deleted this user from Admin CP but still are doing send then I have disabled Account Breach Checker.

I honestly can't see how this could possibly happen, so unless there's a reliable step-by-step method to reproduce it, I'm stuck
