Ability to use prefilled options when reporting bugs, suggestions, etc...

As you know, we need to give you some informations when reporting bugs, posting suggestions etc...

This is a bit tedious, repeating and it could be made much easier. If you could program that some information is prefilled? For example our sites URL, our vBulletin version, things like that. Maybe even that program remembers our last information, and that we change it only if information is different?

Anyway, this could be helpful.
