No it's in vbulletin official site it's been post it there has to do with edits in templates and its a glitch some has which theres a fix there in the official site need to look it up that text from the thread shouldnt be out the ones pointing with the red arrows.

Yeah looks like a merge templates is need...I saw this here on dbtech and thought is that a new mod...no...it isn't
