Question Where is the add new photos in the vgallery page?

As you can see in the above screenshot, there are no "upload" button for adding new photos. I thought there was one but there are none. The only way to add new photos is from new thread creation, am I wrong?

I need you help because nobody can add new photos....

Have you configured the usergroup permissions in the gallery instance?
