Question what is Welcome action

Could you please tell me what is calculating "welcome - Entering a usergroup. Events should be limited to once." action exactly?
I define 5 amount for it but i can not understand why every users is getting too much credit for this.

Set Random Addition to 0. As per the description, it adds a random amount between 0 and 10 to each transaction.

Delete the event and re-create it with the default values.

Hi,
I removed welcome event becsue it not working properly.
Again now i faced the problem with birthday event.
Please see why it getting such credits to this event:

This is due to the "Year Amount". It adds 1 credits per year they've been registered, so if your base amount is 5 and someone has been registered for 4 years, they receive 9 credits, etc.

But we never have such year registrations for example 40/5 = 8 year.
I think there is something wrong.

Try setting the year amount to 0 and then re-calculate all accounts.
