Question VBThreads V5 Settings not working

Uploaded program, added program to "Hooks & Products" system, cannot edit forum settings, usergroup settings, or settings....keeps saying invalid URL....what should I do to fix this error? Does customer support come with my purchased mods or do I have to pay extra for that?
