Question VBThreads V5 Settings not working

Uploaded program, added program to "Hooks & Products" system, cannot edit forum settings, usergroup settings, or settings....keeps saying invalid URL....what should I do to fix this error?

Have you made sure to drag and drop the contents of the upload folder to the folder where index.php and the .htaccess file is?
