Legacy vBShout on Iphone

Hey guys
I wanted to know if it would be possible for us to make a iphone app, that displays the shoutbox.

so admins can always have an eye on the sb while on the move

The Shoutbox works fine within the Safari browser.

Unfortunately it is not feasible for us to pay the development fee and learn how to create an iOS app
